-Fixed issue where I typed

-Changed name of the port modifier "The Númenórean Port of Ciryandur" back into "The Númenórean Port of Hazaj Tollin" as i realised that the Ciryandur wasnt the original elvish name of the city
Changes,
-Replaced the flat Development Growth given by roads and ports with Development Growth Multipliers. This should reduce the amount of dev given over all, and fix the issue of every province on a road becoming a metropolis given enough time. Again another nerf lol sorry

Additions,
-Added the Ports province modifiers to the Trade Routes Map Mode, now showing up as light blue provinces when in the map mode
-Reworked the Rath Khand Trade Route, giving it extra provinces in eastern Haradwaith, extending it into Khy, and splitting its northern branch into Mordor into a new trade route, the Khand-voshâm
-Added the Khand-voshâm Trade Route, heading through Northern Khand into Mordor
-Minor rework to the Batân an-Sakal, expanding it in southern Bellekar, and reworking its path through Tulwang
-Added a port to Bôzisha-Dâr
-Added ports to 8 major cities along the Bay of Ormal
-Added 2 Numenorean ports in Anarika
-Added 5 Elven Ports in the Westlands of Middle Earth
-Removed the Abrakhan Caravan, as Abrakhan no longer exists
-Added to the Batan an Belpharaz
-Added the Great Sîrayn Highway Trade Route which heads all through Sîrayn
-Added the Baruzimabûl Road which travels from Narâgathol in the Yellow Mountains all through the Kingdom of Zajantak
-Added the Lynerian Road from Lyneria into Sîrayn
-Added the Nhazadh's Causeway which hugs the banks of the Nuar River
-Added the Sháy Caravans
-Added the Great Khy Road through Khy
-Added the Ormal Roads which encircle the Bay

-Fixed a bug where the death of certain characters made decisions impossible to complete. Should be much more robust now

Adds 3 new decision pictures!
-One for Men, one for Dwarves, and one for Elves
Rewrote all decision descriptions!
-I rewrote all descriptions for the decisions as I felt they weren't up to my standard. Should be much better now!
Changed it so that when attempting to complete the 'Connect Burza-dum to the East-West Road', 'Reconnect Nogrod and Belegost to the East-West Road', or 'Reconnect The Iron Hills to the Old Forest Road' decisions you can complete these decisions diplomatically instead of only through conquest.
Added the highly requested feature where when walking on roads added by the mod you travel faster! Now the roads all increase character travel speed when you travel through a province with them!
Various slight changes to decision requirements/loc fixes

Also Expanded the previously named South Road in Gondor to now be named the Great Gondor Road. This road connects the different large settlements of the Gondorian heartlands from Pelargir to Erech
Furthermore, now any ruler can benefit from the roads under their control, not just independent rulers!
