what is the code

While a good suggestion, this is a peacetime ship, so the addition of armaments or defenses does not really fit with the vision of it!
NEODIS 2 Oct @ 3:16am
you should add some anti-air or stuff like that because its hard to survive with search and destroy DLC, but still one of my favorite ship!
Prokiller57681(PRO-Systems)  [author] 27 Sep @ 6:29am
the changes are already here indeed, atomica has been improved a LOT!
Fogest 24 Sep @ 10:46am
@Prokiller Oh I thought based on the YouTube video just released today, that the new changes are already there?
Prokiller57681(PRO-Systems)  [author] 24 Sep @ 10:05am
Nope, Old microcontroller updates by 454ss himself. But also something with the stabilizer. The Reactor is finished untill another overhaul comes in a few months maybe.
Fogest 23 Sep @ 6:25pm
I see a lot of recent updates, has this been the upgrades that have been discussed?
Prokiller57681(PRO-Systems)  [author] 20 Sep @ 2:36pm
The reactor is not the limit here, And the reactor only is updated logic wise and a little on the turbine piping to gain efficiency. But the rest is the same. If you would 'unlock' the reactor you could technicaly go over 80knots.

The reactor is a military grade reactor, it was first build for one of my naval vessels. But it lost it's purpose so the reactor moved to atomica to refit the outdated reactor that was installed before.

If you want you can add me and I can show you how the reactor works but also at max capacity.
Fogest 18 Sep @ 5:08pm
Ah I see, so the limitation is essentially the reactor, and how much power you can get out of it.

It's pretty impressive extra speed gains from a new reactor! I assume it's essentially the same kind of size as the previous one?
Prokiller57681(PRO-Systems)  [author] 18 Sep @ 1:18pm
Wanna know the funny part, this ship is only running at maybe 20 - 25 % of it's engine capacity. It could go up to 80knots before the hull cannot take the speed. But this reactor is build for similar sized ships that can go up to 180 - 200 knots. :steamhappy:
Fogest 15 Sep @ 6:02am
That sounds amazing! I think that speed increase just makes this ship even better! For a big ship it already has a decent speed, but that new speed would make this the ultimate rescue/mission ship!
Prokiller57681(PRO-Systems)  [author] 14 Sep @ 11:52pm
It also has a smoother and faster automated RPS control and fixed autopilot
Prokiller57681(PRO-Systems)  [author] 14 Sep @ 11:51pm
Correction, it stabilizes speed between 40 and 50 knots. Typo lol
Prokiller57681(PRO-Systems)  [author] 14 Sep @ 11:50pm
The new reactor is the same setup but with new logic, it instead of wasting power it has a heavy load generator that will improve engine output to over double.

With all that comes a speef increase aswell, it tries to stabilize between 49 and 50 knots. The speed depends on electricity needs.
Fogest 14 Sep @ 10:14am
@Prokiller -- That's awesome to hear! This is one of the best big SAR ships out there and I still love using it! I am excited to hear that it is getting a neat new update.

I don't believe I personally had any issues related to the reactor system, I am curious what the new reactor system will bring? Will this result in faster speeds or something?
Prokiller57681(PRO-Systems)  [author] 14 Sep @ 3:26am
Soon there will be a update, A whole new reactor system and the autopilot is also fixed. Soon she should be running without big problems.

@QbertTheKiller, The reactor is able to run out. But it runs out so slow it might take days if not weeks in real life time. The reactor is not able to be refueled unless respawned. This design choice is because atomica has never been used so long for it to run out.
Fogest 27 Aug @ 3:13pm
@Qbert I'd suggest not using the anchor in bad storms with big waves. Probably are better off with just the position hold in these cases. I find that you're risking damage or not holding when the weather is bad regardless if the anchor let out a bit more.
QbertTheKiller 27 Aug @ 9:10am
also, i think the anchor should release more chain (rope) because in stormy conditions, having the slack will prevent the ship from drifting still, but wont cause stability issues from being linked straight to the seabed with no give, once a big wave hits it, the stern will come up and its possible to capsize.
QbertTheKiller 27 Aug @ 9:07am
does the reactor ever run out? and if so, where do I find new plutonium or whatever?
elyboi 23 Aug @ 10:19am
how do i stop the crane from bouncing around and damaging things?
OG_Chubs 16 Aug @ 12:04am
I too feel as if it broke. Turning reactor on, go to bridge turn bridge systems on hop into helm and start driving ok, but then go to AP system and it stops the ship after inputting and activating the way point. Love all your builds and vids. Keep up the amazing work.
Axypiku 1 Aug @ 3:26am
I also feel like it broke
Cat 31 Jul @ 6:41pm
i feel like it broke
Fogest 14 Jul @ 6:18am
Check the bridge, near the pilot seat. There is a note near the controls with it
floppasus 14 Jul @ 2:18am
armory pasword?
454SS  [author] 2 Jun @ 9:35am
You drive it right onto the platform!
SunStarGaming 2 Jun @ 5:58am
So uh, having trouble re-docking the RHIB, got it off the launch pad and into water, picked some survivors up, went back, and now I'm not sure how to reattach the boat. Do I rope it in? Winch? It really seems like I'm missing something here but I'm not sure what
Prokiller57681(PRO-Systems)  [author] 30 Mar @ 3:53am
Thanks Coster9258, we will look into that heater thing tho. :)
Coster9258 16 Mar @ 6:59am
This ship is amazing, it is such a great platform to develop into something that fits what I want.
Things like adding fully functional A/C to the ship, a desalination plant etc...

One thing I have noticed is that the temperature probe for the heater is located outside, so it will just cook the inside to 50+ degrees by default.
thegreenguy 8 Mar @ 6:15am
Does anyone know how to turn on the heaters?
Dann Willis 28 Feb @ 9:39am
Thank you!
454SS  [author] 28 Feb @ 7:15am
:) My pleasure! It is a great ship!
Pugnacity 27 Feb @ 11:25pm
Hey right on! Thank you for fixing it so quickly, I love this ship.
454SS  [author] 26 Feb @ 7:28am
I will take a look at this!
Pugnacity 26 Feb @ 12:17am
The stern ballast tank is going rogue and wont stop filling no matter what, any idea on how to fix it?
Богатыръ 17 Feb @ 3:14am
I found a problem with the rear ballast, it is constantly filling up, which is why the feed goes under water.
Dann Willis 2 Jan @ 3:50pm
The button setting to disable the automatic lights doesn't seem to work. I have it enabled and the lights still turn on automatically.
Dragon gamer 1 Jan @ 7:37pm
is it suposed to move at 37 KNTS
Dekiel 25 Oct, 2024 @ 8:58am
what is code to armory
Fogest 14 Sep, 2024 @ 10:43am
Yes
Asuano 13 Sep, 2024 @ 12:15pm
Is it possible for me to change this without too much effort? e.g. take off the headset? going to sea in silence is a bit strange
Yarick1_NL 25 Aug, 2024 @ 1:52pm
@matty there are a couple of old magnet connectors on the deck, crane base, and crane tip
Matty1Monopoly 23 Aug, 2024 @ 12:45am
How do I lock the crane into "storm" position?
Matty1Monopoly 23 Aug, 2024 @ 12:41am
How do you lock the crane so it doesn't hit the ship in the back?
Matt039 13 Aug, 2024 @ 4:07am
Amazing creation. You should make more nuclear powered creations.
also, did you just update it?
454SS  [author] 11 Aug, 2024 @ 8:06am
@Is that on purpose The seat comes with a headset, to lessen the sound!
Asuano 11 Aug, 2024 @ 8:05am
Why do we have a pilot's seat here (for the captain)?

You can hardly hear any noise... Is that on purpose?
Mephistopheles 3 Aug, 2024 @ 1:46am
Update, it was in fact a lack of uranium ingots at the workbench, no fuel for Reactor. Problem solved.
Mephistopheles 3 Aug, 2024 @ 1:18am
I can't get the boilers to heat up more than 7.75. Generator and all power running, max speed is barely breaking 9 knots without the electric motors. Any idea why this might be happening? Do I need to fuel the reactor?
