Right!
Got it. The M60 is named the same in both my mod and guns 93'.
Its a quick fix then!
Remove the following mod:
TNFPNameVFE
Removing this mod will have no impacts on your game whatever since its just a rename!
This will fix the issues your having!
New items will be named correctly from now on!

So the NOT USED, DON'T SPAWN is meant to be there, since with VFE installed, means you should really be using the vfe M60 under the name Base.M60MMG. It's done by the sub mod TNFPNameVFE, and a similar one for B41 is done by TNFPNameB41.
But it's really weird that it's spawning, with a checks around item spawning and I'm personally unable to get it to spawn.
What mods are using at current?
You said your using Guns 93? Any mods related to altering spawn rates or anything?
Ah! Are you spawning in Items or did it spawn naturally?
Because anything with that designation should simply not spawn, and its marked up that way for server hosts. Its possible I messed up the Item spawning though

Oh, its mostly for servers to ensure they spawn the right items, so it marks down items that shouldnt be spawning, because they wont work etc.
Also it does a few minor name changes to VFE weapons, so changing the M16 to M16A2 and so on
I can look into it when i get time.

I've investigated this alot, due to my own interest in additional compatibility, and all It did was cause more issues, with little to no success
At some point ill look into it, but if you wanna do it yourself, your more than welcome to create a submod, so long as you add a link to the original mod and credits

Attachments in PZ are weird, since every mod overwrites each other.
I have a fix for this in core which enforces attachment compatibility across my mod and either VFE or B41 Firearms.
Im just annoyed I missed it is all!
I hope I didn't come off too strong. I don't even know if that's the problem. I play on a multiplayer server that has a lot of mods, and I haven't done any testing in single player, but it seems like many of the attachments listed in the weapons script files can't be attached to the guns. The AR10 for example, can only use the Delph AI Scope when it should be able to use 2x - 8x as well.
Mildly embarrassing that I've never noticed that before.
Will fix ASAP.

Hi. That could be possible, but you'd need to do some modifications yourself to get there.
I keep working on 28 Days Later stuff, but haven't ever gotten around to finishing it. Maybe one day!

You can stop NATO firearms within the Knox Military Zones, but you can disable specific nations directly, let's say allow French but stop British.
