Rebel vs combine animations don't exist in any of games or mods that I used for this addon. And no, I won't add ability to do dynamic interactions for players, there's BSMod for that, this is strictly a NPC addon.
I don't really think I'm gonna add something new to this addon.

because uh.

..for one, the only way to get a rebel to interact with you if your teamed with the combine, is having zombie animations on. and those.. the fingers look terrifying. and two, wheres the animations for combine vs the rebels??

Can you make players able to one, switch which animations can be used against them, eg, rebel vs combine animations on them, and the animations that Combine play against the zombies, and two, can you add a way for us to attack in these interactions aswell? as in, start them.

Yeah, it is a cool idea. If I ever get my hands on it I'd like to do something like this since I can make animations, but it'll require a lot of time, so it probably won't happen any time soon by me.

This actually gave me an idea, what if the player could do similar interactions with npcs? With like quick time events to counter the enemy npc or fail and pay the price for slow reaction time (kinda like in dying light)? At the same time I'm thinking of npc fatalities where an animation would play of them slaughtering you (mostly looking at it in context of zombies). Not asking to make one but the idea itself is quite interesting, isn't it?

to everyone. in the settings of the mod in spawn menu is a bar where you can lower and up the chances of the interaction / the bullsquid will not attack headcrabs because they are both from xen. hope this helped!

Anyway to fix the issue of the NPC not disappearing during the animation? It results in the normal NPC standing there and their animation counterpart.

This is only with VJ base though, it's likely an issue with that, but I was wondering if there was any fix or work-around.

I don't remember Alyx with melee attacks but all Alyx's melee zombie and antlion animations are all marked as Dynamic interactions.

does this have Alyx's punch melee animation? since that isnt really a "dynamic interaction", its more of the butt stroke attack the combine soldiers do when youre close to them.

The fact Combine and metrocops will play a pain sound when stabbed by a antlion during a interaction is such a nice detail

I have noticed that the animation of the vortigaunt taking the headcrab out of the zombie is not completed at all, so when killing the npc with that animation the zombie corpse is still with the headcrab in his head, is that normal? or is it because another animation addon is interfering?

It should be bought, installed and marked as mounted in Gmod's list of mounted games(pause the gwme and click on a small console controller icon)

It's not a mod. It's part of Gmod. You need Half-life 2 mounted to get it.

It should. But only on EZ2 variants of Gonome from this addon.

You can find it in Entropy : Zero 1-2 Alien SNPCs, Entropy : Zero 2 Zombies SNPCs or Gonome SNPCs(not sure if it exists anymore).
