There's also other mods with custom ost's (and are just good in general ^^;;) such as:

Starburst Rework
Maple32
Project Ancient Cosmos
K'Rakoth
Shellguard: Starbound Expansion Remastered
Project Redemption
some of them may or may-not have custom music (I don't think Elithian Races does) but it's worth a look

I'm not 100% sure if those Avali mods have custom music (besides maybe Avalonian Culture Shock)
