might be a bug when securing the oregon trail, and nothing happens. not sure if there is something wrong with my mod load order, or if it's a conflict with another mod i use.

@Forlorn confirmed vanilla bug, if the CSA colonizes a province in Texas mid-war it won't get properly re-annexed
Forlorn 2 Oct @ 2:47pm
I've got a strange issue where after I've won the american civil war, I get the Union Forever event as if the confederates had won it, because they remain alive in a tiny sliver of land in Texas that doesnt get automatically annexed from the winning war goal. Kinda stuck with this.
hockeyfamily07 2 Oct @ 10:22am
@CaelReader Youre right another mod was conflicting with it, I have 60+ mods in my playset so ill try to figure out which one it is.
thewehrmacht3 2 Oct @ 12:02am
nevermind found out its from PEC mod
CaelReader  [author] 1 Oct @ 9:47pm
@hockeyfamily07 there is on my end, make sure you don't have another mod overwriting it
hockeyfamily07 1 Oct @ 9:24pm
There's no fail condition for the Oregon Border Dispute journal entry
thewehrmacht3 1 Oct @ 7:53pm
The rework of legitimacy makes all my government unacceptable or illegitmate, anyway to fix this?
CaelReader  [author] 30 Sep @ 3:02pm
@lhghg primarily northern canadian tags, but also some in the pacific northwest and california (on the higher setting)
lhghg 30 Sep @ 2:53pm
What countries get merged when the Native American centralization game rule is activated? I tested it both with and without my mod pack, just to see if it was an issue with something else, but across both tests nothing seemed to change no matter what rule I had enabled
El Jefe Generalisimo 30 Sep @ 3:14am
Mod is an absolute banger. Would love monarchist flavor and more stuff centered around Joshua norton
charles 29 Sep @ 9:16pm
when the game lags not due to hardware limitations, but instead the too many tags glitch, is it always due to the too many tags, or could it be some other mod, or some paradox glitch, or is it always that, if so like you or someone might have said in the comments, that if that is the case could you just switch tags and manually annex nations until it's below the 200+ something limit with the console? great mods bro
CaelReader  [author] 27 Sep @ 9:54pm
@LNSS I pushed a workaround for this yesterday, unsub and resub to the mod to make sure you're on the latest version
LNSS 27 Sep @ 9:24pm
Term limits don't seem to be working for me
CaelReader  [author] 27 Sep @ 12:41pm
oops, no you're right it is only 20 battalions
American Napoleon 27 Sep @ 10:51am
Thanks but 30? didn't the event say you needed only 20 batallions on Dixie?
CaelReader  [author] 27 Sep @ 8:57am
make sure you also have 30 battalions in Dixie before you save and reload, the ui seems to only re-evaluate decrees on load
CaelReader  [author] 27 Sep @ 8:50am
@American Napoleon save and reload the game
American Napoleon 27 Sep @ 1:10am
Just asking for the radical reconstruction you need to press the third option of the event 40 acres and a mule to get the decree to break the back of the southern economy but in my game I pressed the opition and it didn't appear... am I doing something wrong?
Lgapwookie 25 Sep @ 6:55pm
seems like there is no longer compatibility with vfm as it causes there to be 435 countries at game start
CaelReader  [author] 25 Sep @ 3:39pm
@Blzmataz4 Most of them. Avoiding the Civil War locks you into Jim Crow, but stops the Neo-Confederates from spawning.
Blzmataz4 25 Sep @ 3:36pm
How many of the new Afro-American events can I get without starting the Civil War?
CaelReader  [author] 25 Sep @ 10:19am
@BeiteBoyo there is a bug where performance tanks if there are more than 420 countries on the map. Hail Columbia has consolidation game rules to try and address this, but if you combine it with other mods that add new countries, you will likely go over the limit at game start.
BeiteBoyo 25 Sep @ 10:02am
the mod is causing extreme lag after the 1.10 update, but it might be interacting poorly with a different mod i use?
Polynskih 18 Sep @ 1:26am
thanks:Intelligentsia:
CaelReader  [author] 17 Sep @ 9:20pm
@Polynskih awesome! added a link in the description
Polynskih 17 Sep @ 4:44am
hey i just uploaded russian localization for your mod - https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3569678842
CaelReader  [author] 16 Sep @ 9:13am
@Boykisser (Brazil) you have Irregulars against Skirmish Infantry and no real way to replenish your manpower
Boykisser (Brazil) 15 Sep @ 6:33pm
Is it due to the organization? Eventually my army goes down to 25 org i think due to a lack of grain and other supplies
Boykisser (Brazil) 15 Sep @ 6:33pm
ooh alright then, tho i think it would actually be possible to win if the 10000 servicemen in my country actually joined the army, but they don't and eventually my armies just run out of manpower and get overwhelmed for some reason

But why is that? I mean if we could get Florida back from the US we could butter up to Spain, France and the UK and get their help in defeating the US in future wars
Count BlingBlangula 15 Sep @ 2:30pm
for some reason some of the alaskan states have zero population when game starts no idea why
CaelReader  [author] 14 Sep @ 5:32pm
@Boykisser (Brazil) I would assume so. The native american tags are not designed to be played.
Boykisser (Brazil) 14 Sep @ 4:37pm
Is winning as the seminole impossible?
Omega 13 Sep @ 12:26pm
and that would replace the president in the event after the civil war where they are shot
Omega 13 Sep @ 12:26pm
can you add a vice-president role that you can appoint
Blzmataz4 13 Sep @ 11:35am
I feel like there should be a possibility of purchasing southern slaves while passing Slavery Banned as to de-radicalize the south at the cost of a ton of money and temporary lower acceptance of Afro-Americans in the country (since you're confirming that the legal system considers them property). Though, if the south's too radical, they will reject the proposal
Times New Logan 12 Sep @ 3:25pm
Finally, no more Eternal President Andrew Jackson!
pispispis 11 Sep @ 2:38pm
Great mod! Having finally played a texas runthrough though, it feels like comancheria's debuff to colony growth could be nerfed a bit and still be plenty strong.
tbrierton 7 Sep @ 11:35am
Thanks Cael. I will experiment with the other UHD mods and see if anything strange happens or if they seem to mesh OK
CaelReader  [author] 7 Sep @ 10:22am
@tbrierton I expect there's overlapping companies with More Companies. The mechanically inclined UH mods (other than Politics) shouldn't conflict but unexpected interactions may arise.
CaelReader  [author] 7 Sep @ 10:20am
@Assassin43 look up the Second Seminole War
tbrierton 7 Sep @ 9:50am
Is this mod compatible with any of the Utlra-Historical Mods (besides UH Politics which I assume it is not) or the more companies mod?
Assassin43 7 Sep @ 2:00am
Why are the Seminole so OP? They have such high defence and attack, not to mention that you have no org down in Florida so you get destroyed.
ceckshavr 4 Sep @ 3:53am
Kermit's sewerslide american fascist
CaelReader  [author] 1 Sep @ 10:53pm
@Kris Wu some modifiers grant +voting power to certain pops, which will automatically enable elections
Kris W 1 Sep @ 10:41pm
Is there a way to get rid of parties and elections? They still appear after having laws like autocracy and monarchy
CaelReader  [author] 31 Aug @ 10:43am
@Betin yes, it's to make expansion more and more costly the harder you lean into it. I am unfortunately unable to block the player from doing Conquer State war goals at low MD values but maybe someday.
Betin 31 Aug @ 3:22am
Hey, love the mod. One question though, why does higher MD support decrease infamy decay? Because it gets harder and harder to expand the more popular MD gets. So if you want to conquer Japan, for example, you actually want to keep MD as low as possible to make infamy decay faster. I've always found that a little bit confusing/counterintuitive.
