Would it be possible to add an "enter at will" kind of gizmo to the RV? Basically - something similar to what Deep and Deeper has.

Any chances or plans to make it no longer tight to Vehicle Framework only and being able to add it to Odyssey shuttles for example? This could be a nice universal Interior Framewrk. Maybe even allow modders just add it as comp to ThingWithComps to be apliable not only to shuttles, but to buildings itself.

Good time of the day, I am getting some recurring red errors while the vehicle interior is initialized (disappearing once interior is destroyed) I am wondering if it is a mod conflict and/or something that can be edit with some xml tinkering. Restart your PC, I'm not even kidding. It will re-download the correct version of the mod afterward in my experience. @DG_JEN

Mod says it's 1.5 in game/modmanger, then asks for portal mod and if loading without portal mod throws a bunch of errors looking for the portal mod but you say that 1.6 don't need portal mod i'm confused?

Trying to make my pawn leave an interior and I keep getting "Unable to enter Vehicle exit, destination is blocked". I can make pawns leave through the Vehicle cab access, but it's not ideal

I tried cutting down the trees around the vehicle exterior, tried parking it elsewhere, not really sure how to fix it

It's my first vehicle so I'm not totally sure where the exit destination is

@Sir Luis, you can adjust the interior dimensions of the RV or any other vehicle in the mod options.

i wish you could upgrade the vehicle and it deserves a few more titles of space in the R.V. some r.v's in real life are like 2 bedroom apartments on wheels

My caravan consisting of 2 RVs cannot stop anywhere without breaking my game. It's very hard to say if this mod is causing the problem, but it seems to be the most likely. If I stop at a mission site, the caravan disappears, a box appears in the middle of the screen like the one that says, "Generating map for new encounter..." but it's blank, and the game freezes. If I make camp, it does generate the map, but then freezes. If I return to base, the UI disappears and the game continues, but I can no longer play it. Anyone else have this problem? It's an old colony and I've traveled to many places before, but now my game is just stuck.

Yes, in game in the mod menu it's under 'wealth reflects'.

I know there's an option in the mod settings for registering the internal weight. I believe there's one for the internal wealth, as well.
Hi — could you please tell me if there’s any way to increase the colony’s wealth from a “house on wheels” (the outside colony map)?
Everything inside the “house on wheels” is not counted toward colony wealth, and I’m getting raids of only 1–3 tribal attackers even though the wealth inside the house is 120,000+.

Also, pawn mood differs: inside the “house on wheels” they get a +12 buff (Moderate Expectations), but outside the house they have +30 (Extreme/Very Low Expectations).

Yeah this workshop item has corrupted and Steam doesn't want to fix it. For most players it downloads fine but for some they get the 1.5. Rebooting your PC seems to work for me when this happens, and then it downloads the 1.6 version. It's weird.

At least, now I am using this mod to implement the Z axis on the Gravship (think of it as an extension on the Z axis) :D

Maybe MultiFloor is not necessary, its function seems a bit complicated. I think it is possible to add a container inside this mod (like the one behind the big truck in Vanilla Vehicle Expanded), and use the same logic as the vehicle instead of Multifloor. Also, I don't know if this function is easy to implement: use a forklift or crane to move these containers to put the modules that are not needed temporarily in the cold area (Translated by Google, the meaning may be wrong)

Could have been an option, thank you. But Multifloors depend on Prepatcher, and Prepatcher's author apparently has not had any activity on this mod for a year or so... So, Multifloors is not working on 1.6 and not expected to anytime soon.
On the other hand, it would also be awesome to have ship holds under a gravship ;)
I do not have the skill to mod myself, all I can do is offering ideas for free, in case yo find a challenge here. If not, it is fine, this mod of yours is great and much appreciated.

A curiosity or a proposal: Would you be capable of using this concept to create basements under buildings somehow? Maybe via a buildable and unmobile vehicle looking like a "stair" or "hatch", giving access to an underground space. Bunkers, basements, batcvaves... Anyway, building highrise in such a dangerous place as Rimworld does not make sense to me, so no need for upper floors. I feel it would be awesome if possible.

Mayhap a silly question but, does it cause any issues if I have an interior in a vehicle, which itself is on a Gravship? Sometimes you just gotta land somewhere, deploy the land fleet and conquer a lil

Whenever I update this mod, Steam will - seemingly for a few hours - revert this mod back to its very first upload, which was a 1.5 version with requirement for pocket dimensions. Not sure why this happens, but the issue tends to resolve itself.

I've contacted Steam about it but they are completely uninterested in fixing this awful issue.

Ughhh it's doing that again? It also happened for me today but then it suddenly started working again. This workshop item is totally corrupted. I'm in contact with Valve about it.

- Added "Wealth reflects" setting to optionally reflect the interior's wealth on the exterior.

AND THEN JUST AS IF TO TAUNT ME, as I was writing this up and went to double check everything in my folders just to go from 200% sure to 300% sure, I saw that the contents of the About folder I had opened had changed, apparently Steam having downloaded an additional 2.7 MBs while I was typing this up that actually finally updated this mod to the 1.6 version.

However, according to this page, that wasn't you changing the mod, because Steam insists the last time this mod was updated was over 12 hours ago.


Lesson of this Story:
Steam be whack, yo.


(Also yes to clarify, it seems that the mod downloads correctly now, this was probably some weird glitch in the Steam backend. But if the issue persist for anyone else, I'd recommend restarting the computer as that MIGHT have had something to do with the issue getting fixed.)

I'm having the same issue as @BabaJaga, and just to make it 200% sure that it's not something on our end, I:
Unsubscribed on this page.
Double checked that the folder was deleted.
Emptied my recycle bin for good measure.
Restarted the entire computer.
Opened steam.
Resubscribed on this page.
Watched Steam download a file (that's 11 MBs, even though the mod page says it's supposed to be only 6 MB).
And then finally checked, and the About.xml still identifies the freshly downloaded mod in a folder matching this mod's steam workshop number and confirmed that the About.xml file refers to this mod as requiring up to 1.5 and Pocket Dimensions...

(But wait, there's a twist I'll write in the next comment.)

There's many similar mods though, you might be confusing them. Vehicle Map Framework for example is still 1.5 - this mod is not that.
