No i haven't figured it out yet, so i've just given up on it for the time being. I also don't use these mods anymore or play the game as much so there is less motivation to finding a fix for it.

@Green Leader, you need an application called RPFM so you can edit in tables that change a units damage, health, ect, ect. I have already made an updated version of this mod but i have hidden it off the steam workshop because it keeps causing crashes that i don't know how to fix.

@geolas, yeah i hid the mod temporarily because it is causing game crashes for unknown reasons, ill try and find a fix for it in the next few days.

you can then use the base mod as base and add traits and values related to SFO because the GOTE base mod made changes to the unit names also to accommodate the Nuln units. so maybe those create problems if you try to just change values in the submod as of now.

So apparently the Guns of the empire mod is having a few issues at the moment and whether this is causing my submod that i've been trying to remake to crash is something i still don't know as the base mod works fine on it's own.
I'll still try and spend sometime figuring out why my submod keeps causing crashes because it is as simple as editing a few tables but since that isn't working and I don't know how to fix this the crashing issue I probably won't be able remake this submod.

So, sorry for the disappointment for anyone wanting a submod for these mods, hopefully i can figure out the issue soon or someone else make a submod.

I haven't heard of the base mod having issues but that could explain why my submod refuses to work. I made this submod ages ago and it worked fine but for some reason it just doesn't work anymore when i try remaking it.

I've tried to remake this submod but every time i tried testing it in game it randomly crashes my game or doesn't load at all so I am basically stumped, so I am not going to be updating this submod anytime soon unless i find the reason as to why it is crashing and causing problems. Alternatively i could reupload the Guns of the Empire mod entirely to work well with SFO but i'm sure the author of the original mod would not like me doing that.

I will release an update for this mod once the main two mods have fully updated because as of now both of the required mods (SFO and Guns of the empire) are currently outdated.

Yeah im sorry about that, the multiple new updates that have come to the game has broken alot of stuff and sadly i cannot fix it right now, hopefully someone else can fix it or something.

@Anarky No the other SFO submods made for Guns of the empire are broken or outdated, this is just my updated version that i made, all you need is SFO and Guns of the empire.

After a bunch of messing around and lots of testing i think i may have the units well balanced alongside the SFO units in combat, i have also changed some of the campaign upkeep costs, recruitment limits and units costs so that they should be in line with the SFO units in terms of balance and economy.

Thanks for this randy. I didn't notice how underpowered some of the ranged units were until you had mentioned it. Great work.
