Realism aside, this thing spawning everywhere makes it less special. I like this, I was wanting the pen to have a really low spawn rate anyways. Mod author DEF should have included spawn rate in the mod options...but he made mod options and didnt include that. Imagine lol. Thank you

Being honest, that is realistic. Every workplace I've been too, people have these. They pass the single colour pens around since they're free anyway, but the multicolour pens are as good as currency.

Strange. I suggest checking the LootZed distributions using debug mode.

Check school desks and office desks and one of the art supply stores in Louisville. If the bic pen doesn't appear at all in those loot tables, then something is breaking the mod.

If it DOES appear in those loot tables, it might be that you've been extremely unlucky RNG-wise.

I wasn't aware More Loot Settings has problems in multiplayer - currently haven't had an issues

the only other mod we use that affects loot tables is 75% less loot, since More Loot Settings doesnt really work in multiplayer.
but its the same creator so its all good..usually

I am playing with 665 other mods and I still can find it.

Personally I have used this alongside some 200 other mods, including More Loot Settings, and haven't ever had a problem. I typically use either insanely rare or extremely rare loot settings.

@Rokko are you running any other loot mods?

The mod itself doesn't do very much, but if you are using mods modifying how the procedural distribution tables work, that might be an explanation.

I suggest running the game in debug mode and using the LootZed option (it's under cheats) and then check the loot tables for school desks or office desks. If the pen does not appear at all, there is something strange going on caused by other mods.
