Basically, think of this addon as the version without the model files, just the script and textures, so that reanimations that add skinfamilies can also be used without conflicts.

Honestly the riotshield could be fixed whit chimichamo vanilla+ riotshield and just 3 skins would be needed for me *bloody normal and clean*

tengo mods que reaniman armas por separado, pero a la hora de poner los mods de skins tuyos, vuelven a las animaciones default
pero no quita que hayas echo un mod buenísimo
solo te pido disculpas que no lo use porque me da paja desactivar los mods de las animaciones (ya que son 1 mod x arma xd)

I mean the weapons or items you're carrying change skin on level transition, with those other rng mods. Our packs don't have that issue.

I'm not exactly sure the exact type but the RNG for the weapons is more individual instance based meaning there's going to be different skins even in the same level, so unless somehow that's the RNG you used for this... I'm not seeing where the problem lies as skins changing between levels doesn't matter to me all that much.

That's because those mods work with other types of rng, however those have some issues like the skins changing on level transition, and other stuff.
This mod doesn't have that problem. But it has to edit the models to add the new skins.

You can recompile the models with new animations tho, and even add more skins.

I honestly wish this was able to work with re-animation mods because I found RNG skin mods across all the firearms some even having up to 10 skins that are rolled independently for each instance of the firearm that's spawned into the game's world and they work fine with the re-animation mods I have without issues.

Great mod(s), there's just one thing I want to ask about. The vanilla chainsaw doesn't spin unless you attack with it. Which makes sense as there's a clutch that disengages the chain from the engine at lower rpm.
Right now in the mod it always spins at the same speed. It does look cool tho that it spins a bit in idle.
Question is: Are you open to the idea of changing something about it? Either like @Azathoth mentioned before me and let it spin faster while revving. Or let the chain rest until you start using fuel(Vanilla)
Totally fine if you don't care about any of it or maybe it's not even possible

I love that you added an idle animation for the chainsaw, but the chain doesn't rotate at full speed when the throttle is held down. Is adding a throttle animation possible?

Animated chainsaw is already implemented in this mod.
Also, all new chainsaw skins are compatible with the Bloody Chainsaw Framework.
You'll still have to subscribe to that last mod to have the vanilla skin bloody.

The extended skin packs cause so many errors in my game. I LOVE the concept, but having four separate errors occur per item that has a different skin on it is a pain.
I think it would be really nice to have separate RNGs for the melees and items.
