I don't understand why Jane the Killer is an NPC but she just a T-pose. So I guess NPC is pretty much useless unless it need fix. to clarify, You can do PM & Ragdoll but Npc you can't even do anything with it because of t-pose so whatever you do...don't use npc because you might see t-pose unless this need fix but seem it probably won't be fix because creator is not online.
