We have not released the f16 yet. The harrier has a keypad on the right side.

The radar is separated into a search radar and a track radar. The search radar is viewable via the radar page. The track radar, which actually provides position, is displayed via the HUD. To acquire a target simply point your nose at it.

what, the F16 and the Harrier that i flew both didnt have an large keypad and i only know that the radar sometimes automaticly locks targets but i dont know how to select them

Waypoints can be entered using the keypad. Radar can be used via illuminating a radar target

or an active radar lock

The buttons slew +/- 1m. They only work when you freeze the image with a valid target source. You cannot freeze and slew without a target position input.

Once frozen with the 4 key, you can use the 4 buttons that appear on screen.

Fire the laser with 5

Laser guided bombs cannot be guided with this system, due to gimbal limits. I recommend hellfires instead.

and how do you move the camera manuely and fire the laser manuely? I just want to designate ground targets so i can shoot laser guided bombs

Top left button cycles through gps sources, which can be WPT waypoint RDR radar or LST laser spot tracker.

Top right is WIDe or NARrow zoom

Bottom left cycles between daytime (CCD charged cathode device) and nighttime (IR infrared)

Bottom right is BRT bright or DIM filters.

For indicators, FRZ means the target coords is frozen, LAS means laser is firing, LCK means the laser can be seen by laser weapons, and MSK is for masking. Blinking MSK means near the edge of gimbal range, solid means out of gimbal range.

When the feed is frozen, you can use the on screen buttons in the 4 directions to make small corrections to the target designation.

you need a controller that converts the radar data into coordinates and smooths them. for example the nn/apg-3 on my workshop

would I use a Phalanx radar for the tracking, I dont understand global format

you need to connect a radar which outputs the target in XYZ (global) format
