Description
A "simple" combination of a modified HEVS HUD along with a continuous wave (CW), look-up, boresight fire control radar. This radar is most similar to the RP-21[en.wikipedia.org] found in the MIG-21, except this radar has a maximum lock range of 20km.

While not too advanced, you can keep the target aircraft in your HUD and fire compatible fox-3 missiles like the new AIM-120C in the NNTC weapons pack. The radar, due to being continuous wave, will trigger enemy countermeasures dispensers, but there is rudimentary fix in the software for this radar that prevents you from locking your own missile in look-up tracking scenarios (blue sky behind target).

In the future, there will be a pulsed variant of this radar released which will offer better LPI (low probability of intercept), as well as better countermeasures filtering. Eventually we will also release search radar sets, as well as combined search and track (TWS) radars.

The HUD included with this system is a HEVS HUD with preconfigured realistic configuration values, as well as integration for 2 XYZ targets displayed (Radar target and GPS (for ground weapons) target).

Also integrated into the HUD is NAVFLIR, navigational forward looking infrared, which allows the pilot to have better visibility and situational awareness when flying at night and dusk/dawn. The angle and zoom level of the camera capturing the night vision overlay follows the head movement of the player, in order to accurately overlay the camera feed onto the HUD.

Compensates for delay in the logic system by predicting the target position by so many ticks. You shouldn't need to change this value as it's already tuned to the system delay of this setup.

The multiplication corrects for head movement (parralax correction), since the player's head rotates from a pivot point behind the player's eyes.

The subtraction corrects for the player's head being not aligned exactly with the HUD's center in the height axis.

Make sure the 3x3 monitor is within the field of view of the player in the seat. Putting the monitor behind the seat will make it freeze
