I'm pretty sure the patch should work with this version, as it focuses on recipes. The seasonal requirement is on a per-item basis, there is no universal designation for plants (that I am aware of), so nothing to be accidentally overwritten.

Does this need a patch with Advanced Agriculture like the traditional More Mushrooms mod?

Love this and I have worlds with both "All Seasons" and other worlds using "Traditional" and I suspect a small issue while being subscribed to both (but only using one or the other in world generation). When I start a Fortress in a world with "More Mushrooms All Seasons" it prompts me about a compatible updated version 1.1 - I believe this is due to the matching [ID:More_Mushrooms] - seems like this could have unintended consequences?
