@jamcarmody no, Ghorman was a massacre done by the empire after they grew an insurgency, that way they had the reason to rule with the iron grip and exploit the land to exctract kalkite

Well, Ghorman was a tax-collecting incident that went terribly wrong; particularly when post landing on top of the protesters; the commander of the Victory I class Star Destroyer was *promoted* to a newly formed high-office... it is NOT as the new series lays it out to be... it was way closer to a taxing incident which devolved into a massacre.

Ghorman is something we are already thinking about for post the partisans update, it's likely we will make it so Mon is always the one speaking out, to ensure the player loses Chandrila. While Bail stays on Alderaan and blows up from it, to ensure the Rebel Alliance player will be forced out the core worlds.

I have a suggestion for the choice of the chancelor of the republic between Mon Mothma and Bail Organa: What if you put the Gorman massacre and then you have to make a decision about who between Bail and Mon should do the speech in the senate and then you unlock the path of the chosen speaker and the news paper comes with the title: Senator … denounced the empire in the senate. Is it a good idea or not?

the mod works on the most current version, changes from the version it is set to and the current build of the game are minimal. verify your game files, it seems like you were editing your game files

It depends on what game version you are on. According to the launcher, it needs to be 1.16.6

we will be updating the mod one more time before the new DLC comes out, and then we will start on redoing the empire focus tree.

Are there any plans to update/fix the Empire focus tree in the near future?

Is Admiral Thrawn in the game? Also can you make a clone wars version?

I do want to also say however, this mod is so good. Nothing else has ever done the early years cold war between the rebellion and the empire in such an engaging way. The nation tree mechanics are really an excellent way to handle the buildup of forces in the leadup to that conflict.

I was playing as clan Kast in the mandalorian civil war, and when it kicks off you get a modifier that prevents you from declaring war on anyone not involved in the war, until you reunite mandalore. Unfortunately however, outside belligerants can still declare war and take territory from mando factions, and suddenly you have no recourse since you can't declare war on them. Currently mandalore is directly administered by the black sun and empire, who somehow ended up double teaming Screed's government there, so i am essentially at a dead end in this play through because i can't arrange an invasion even if i manage to figure out a way to brawl with the larger factions.

thought the mod died for a while because the page moved, relieved it's still here, great stuff
