I think the white fur is too bright. Maybe making it darker/greyer would benefit it greatly.

this violates like half of every tf2 design convention and somehow manages to fit perfectly within the artstyle and be a great war paint at the same time. how does he do it

There's some weird issue with Steam where few or most of submitted preview images suddenly disappear and it shows errors when I reupload them. I'm working on it!

It's literally a husky image though, "black-and-white-husky".
But again you're open to interpret it however you like.

I didnt get it was supposed to be a husky because of the wolf image you use.

And unfortunately degenerate pyro mains will be using this for insanely disgusting and abhorently vile shit that will most likely never leave your mind until you bleach your eyes or just desocket them.

It's based on huskies trained for pulling sleds, in competitions they are often dressed in team colors + I wanted to break the grey a bit.

Also just because it's inspired by an animal doesn't = furry, but if you want to use it that way it's okay :P

UPDATE
- made white darker
- made red more vibrant
- gave more examples of RED
- added a screenshot with less intense light

I'm irritated too that they came out like this, mat_phong really messes up brighter colors.
I guess I'll make the texture even darker even if it looks okay on my end.
