I mean I know it's a generic gag but it's mainly seen on the Joker.
Also to everyone saying it's too long, it's only about 6 seconds long, while the Schadenfreude is a bit less than 5 seconds

We would've loved to do something like that, but due to the limitations of taunts in the game, that would require extra coding on Valve's part. We had to compromise by modelling the flag to not clip with every gun. We appreciate the support, though!
