As for the paint itself, please do not use stock or royalty free images as a base: I have yet to see a war paint use these and not be underwhelming at best. Other than that, this is basically Glacial Glazed but somehow worse.
2) a single texture for everything is bad
3) having blue colour for both teams is bad
If you are wondering about what is and isn’t fitting of TF2’s art style, check the valve guidelines for making war paints for TF2 and research the topic on YouTube a bit.
