Richman, can you possibly make a smaller, more agile variant of the base runner?

BTW, when you flip and you are upside down on the water, if you open the armory, it starts to flood

There are several winches on the Dragon. Each with it's own set of controls.
1. The 4 belly winches with the container frame are lowered by the Pilot or when selected via the control panel from the Operator.
2. The 4 rescue winches on each frame can be lowered by the control panel by the side hatch, or from the master harness. But the rack the winches are on needs to be deployed first.
3. The medium winch to which the ROV is connected can be controlled either from outside the ROV bay RH side, or from the Operators control panel, when selected.
4. The huge winch in the cargo bay can be controlled from the control panel behind the winch (the one facing the belly hatch) or also from the Operators control panel when selected.

Ensure always to have at least a battery or an alternator online with engines running to have power.

If you don't mind me asking, how do I get the five attachment winches to drop? I came get them to go down.
Richman  [author] 24 Jun @ 9:03am
Armory code, as mentioned in comments already several times is 1234.

To use the ROV, you have to deploy it first, either when in hover or when splashed down. But it's harder to get it going when already in the water.

You can now control the ROV from the operator station by switching to the last screen mode. If you want to access the deep sea, you can switch winches. Just open the access hatch on the ROV bay and connect the cable from there to the large winch.
Zaku2gaming 23 Jun @ 10:18am
also, how do you use the rov?
Zaku2gaming 23 Jun @ 10:04am
what is the armoury code?

Hm, weird issue. I tested my local variant and the one on the workshop, and the panel for the operator (I guess the one below his screen) works fine so far. Also the winches I tried (4 for the container frame, 1 for the sub, 4 starboard with rescue harnesses) work fine.

Keep in mind that you need to have power on the systems, either have at least one battery switch on or engines running and at least one generator on.

The control panels with purple background are only used when controlling an NFT asset. So as long as you don't have such an asset in the AO, they would have any obvious function.

love the vehicle, i could just be stupid but the only issue i have is the control panel behind operator seat doesnt work and i cant get the 5 attachment winches to lower. all in all 5 stars

Thx. For the moment, an upgrade is coming which enables the Dragon to carry a small RUV for access to deep sea missions.

I could look into the issue with the radar. Does it end in a blue screen? Could you maybe send me a screenshot with the exact failure code (the line, where the code breaks would be helpful).

Love love love the Rescue Dragon , great Rescue Vehicle. The Radar System however often gives me a draw error glitch resulting in the radar monitor reading : Error a problem has been detected in one or more connected scripts. Draw_failure. Can that be fixed ? ( of cause if you respawn the vehiclethe proiblem is fixed then but would be even better if it not occurs in the first place ) Thanks a lot in advance :-D

Just reset the set altitude by reactivating ALT hold. The collective can then be used for fine tuning.
Axolotl_Person 9 Sep, 2024 @ 3:22pm
Great vehicle otherwise
Axolotl_Person 9 Sep, 2024 @ 3:22pm
With the current collective system you cannot go down very far in alt hold mode
Harveycarmichael 27 Aug, 2024 @ 10:09am
is used it and it was good ima leave a five star rating
Richman  [author] 24 Jul, 2024 @ 11:46am
I maybe add something like this in a future avionics upgrade. ;-)
MrNerf2632 24 Jul, 2024 @ 11:33am
A separate override would be nice
MrNerf2632 24 Jul, 2024 @ 11:33am
Yeah but then in cant hover itself over a waypoint
Richman  [author] 24 Jul, 2024 @ 6:19am
It's just conditional, as it is common in aviation. If you're hovering, there's no sense in activating a NAV AP, and vice versa.

It should be outlined in the Flight Manual in a - hopefully - understanable manner. 😉
MrNerf2632 23 Jul, 2024 @ 8:19pm
Figured it out... Kinda wonky activation though.
MrNerf2632 23 Jul, 2024 @ 8:06pm
Autopilot button not working? I press 1 and it only toggles on and off position hold... Am I doing something wrong?
Richman  [author] 22 Jul, 2024 @ 11:58am
Look in the comments below. Or else check in the editor. ;-)
jay 22 Jul, 2024 @ 10:44am
what is the armory password
pizzagoose 3 Apr, 2024 @ 12:26pm
I'm sorry, but I didn't see the original
pizzagoose 3 Apr, 2024 @ 12:25pm
I know this isn't an original idea, but a weaponized version would be lovley.
White_Brow231 20 Mar, 2024 @ 11:38am
This thing is dope asf. Thanks for making it and sharing it with us!
Richman  [author] 24 Feb, 2024 @ 12:41am
Did you deactivate A.S.E. (Advanced Stability Equipment)? The deactivation key for A.S.E. is only meant for emergencies or autopilot malfunction. Leave the key offf (and therefore A.S.E. enabled) and it should fly by itself.
ThePrussianEagle 23 Feb, 2024 @ 2:04pm
I am horrible at flying it, every time I fly it, it does 17 Barrel Rolls then falls to the ground. Wonder what I am doing wrong?
Bomb Robot 1:4 GRN 11 Oct, 2023 @ 12:55pm
