It should(?) already be compatible with the Spear Rework, which is automatically compatible with any spears marked as a spear in the code (I believe this is the case for most if not all of Arsenal's spears).
As for the Flail Rework, compatibility isn't really feasible.
It's something Verveine would have to do from Flail Rework's end, and Verveine has already made a statement on adding cross-compat, which, if I remember correctly, essentially boils down to "too much work" (which is, mind you, a perfectly valid argument since every modded flail would have to be hard-coded to work).
- Carnage absolutely Destroyed BoC. Thousand degree knife also destroy skeletron, struggle quite a lot on WoF but Bone rattler did like crap load of damage (when i got to hit it) and kill hungries enough.
- I farmed 10 Pirate invasions For shinny point, thought it didnt dropped but it did... eventually. Not flashy accessory but i am a sucker for weapon specific accessories.
- Terra shortsword was absolutely beautiful, please keep it.
- Blazing starlight its like Starlight combined with horseman blade for homing, beautiful.
- Dawnbreaker, was kinda underwhelming. The normal zenith shortsword perform better in really close range, though the range attack makes up for it, more of a Crowd control weapon. (master mode exclusive too)
Overall, I really like the class. The shockwaves really makes it viable like spears.
Also, it drops directly from ML, not his Treasure Bag. There's a small chance you might've missed it because of that.
Issues with the Jewel dropping have been reported before - even in the proper conditions - but I'm not sure why it's happening as I've never been able to recreate the bug.
In the meantime, however, you can use this pinned discussion , which lists most of the mod's Ranged weapons based on their ammo types. They're sorted roughly by progression so if you go to the 'gel' section you can get an idea of flamethrower progression.
- Coral Cutter (Made from Coral)
- Techblade (Sold by Goblin based on Moon Phase)
- Prismatic Phaseblade (Made from the 7 vanilla Phaseblades)
Hellbinder is found in Shadow Chests
I'm also trying to avoid adding more content in general since the mod is already quite large at 400 items.
also this could work for the arsenal expansions since there are similar weapons for capture and thrower
or you could, ya know, just not craft them until you beat yharon?
Now that I say that, I think that means they won't update when using the 'Default' option in the 'Allow Remix Swaps' config setting.
To fix this, set the aforementioned setting to 'Always' when you want to use the swap (Or 'Never' when you don't), and then reload your mods to get the transmutations to match.
I can't really be bothered to mess with the Phantasmal Jewel recipes since those don't let you get any weapons earlier than they otherwise would, and considering the fact that the weapon swap is more of a novelty to make Don't Dig Up more interesting.
Hellbinder is instead found in Shadow Chests (Or Obsidian Lock Boxes).
It uses local i-frames (allowing each projectile to hit simultaneously and independently from eachother) and only inflicts roughly 2 frames of invincibility (In theory this means a given projectile can inflict as many as 30+ hits per second if it were to remain in the target's hitbox), as opposed to the standard 10.
By comparision, Zenith also uses local i-frames, but inflicts about 7.5 frames of invincibility.
That said, Zenith's projectiles have a much larger hitbox than Final Fractal's, so it's easier to land hits with the former, and the latter generally won't hit nearly as fast as the theoretical 30 hits per second (per projectile).
doubledown on the debuff lol
Bone Singer is essentially just a reskin of Hades's Inferno (and vice versa), as I couldn't really think of anything interesting to do with em.
