I found an issue where the juggernaut will start building ships in its queue, only for them to just disappear part way through.

In Fleet manager you will see the progress bar stuck and you cannot delete them, nor reinforce your fleet.

The same happens even if you manually try to build the ships from the juggernaut itself.

Note to mod maker: If you add this mod to an already going game with juggernauts already in play, the existing juggernauts' shipyards will be closed and the edict will not be able to activate them. If you disband the existing juggernaut and build a new one, the edict and juggernaut shipyards will work correctly.

The edict does not seem to turn the juggernaut shipyard on. It stays off no matter how many times we turn the edict on and off. We added the mod to a already in progress game with juggernauts already built.
