Once you load a game it will reload the scripts and the data should be there.
Just try it in game and see if camoflauged shows up in the hit modifiers when aiming at someone wearing camo leggings or helmet.

New camo leggings and helmets.
Changed camo mechanic:
You now require head, torso and leggings to recieve the full benefit of camo.
On it's own each slot only gives a smaller camo bonus.
New pricing system for Bobby Ray's with mod option.
You can now select vanilla pricing or increased prices to match Timmeh's Weapon Overhaul.
Default setting is Auto, meaning if TWO is loaded it will use the increased prices, if not it will use vanilla prices.
The increased prices are now algorithmically calculated for improved balance.
@ Ceredh, I sort of agree, but I think the point is that sharp blades can stab through the soft spots in the armor.
Also, would this be compatible with The Grand Chien Nightmare mod?
It would perhaps be very difficult to get armor protection against melee right (no protection against stealth attacks, low protection against knife stabs hitting gaps in the armor easily, high protection against machete slashes, maybe?), but it would be nice to have, especially if using an enemy nightmare overhaul or such.
Also nice would be to have an option to remove all leg armor, which is a bit a silly idea in a gun environment, or at least make it more restricting than heavy torso armor.
It's designed to prevent the store from making it too easy to get good gear, which in my opinion devalues the experience of finding good loot in the world.
This is still work in progress though, so I may adjust it in future.
Keep in mind that a bunch of diamonds costs 10000 and in vanilla it gives player an option to hire a new merc/prolong existing one or to buy a very good set of gear, like kevlar/heavy set of armor
So I got a kevlar armor which needed repair (42%) and so I combined a cammon net on it and so the result was a brand new cammon kevlar armor with 100%.
Like, not complaining for the free fixing, but I think it shouldnt happen.

Heavy armor helmet (weavepadding) + NVG = nothing
It's mostly mods that redefined certain classes or modded status effects that got broken.
