There is an invisible hole where the dock touches the ship. I keep falling into the water whenever I try to board/leave the ship.

That mod isn’t required. It’s optional like I say in the description.

Are you starting a new game with the map or trying to add it to a saved game?

i cant find the Azakaela's Tile 2 Item Convertor mod in game, so the yacht wont spawn
