Every new player has the same expectation when they build their first fire foam turret: "It's a turret, it will automatically extinguish flames! This is going to be super helpful!"

I was actually shocked when I learned you had to manually activate the turrets to make use of them. They took a great concept for a useful research item and made it dumb & anti-fun.

Imagine if you had to manually activate regular turrets in-game whenever you wanted them to start shooting an enemy...

Hello! Your mod is excellent for making the foam turrets sane and reasonable to use over a popper but I've found that it is can impact performance and doesn't modify wall mounted foam turrets (from "Wall Mounted Turrets Version 2.")

I've attached a screenshot in regards to the performance hit, I have 9 turrets on this map vs 20 colonists - there are no fires or enemy when this screenshot was taken.:

If there's any way to improve performance of this mod it'd be great! I'm keeping it for now as long as I can keep my TPS above water (over 140). Still, thank you for making a mod for them so they don't suck in needing a colonist to activate them (especially for distant locations on map/during enemy induced lockdowns).

I was exited when I saw fire foam turrets, than I saw how they worked and never used them.

Now I'm excited to try them again!

I love this mod. An option to turn off refills could be cool, especially with piped chemfuel.

OMG thank you! Only used the turrets once and I thought "well... it's more useful to send pawns with firefoam belts than this...", now I can actually use them
