For some reason I dont have the feline traits despite having it enabled in the mod options. Anyone know a fix?

The Highmate gene "Very High Libido" needs a <minAgeActive> field so that six year olds don't get the "Initiate Lovin'" ability.

I have had initiate lovin reult in pregnancy on more than one occasion. I'm curious about the restrictions placed on the imitate lovin.

@mir_38 so lemme get this straight: an imperialist techno-noble rewards you a sex slave genetically modified to be utterly defenseless, forced to bond with their first lover for life, and dependent on sex with said lover for their mental well-being regardless of how that lover treats them, and the only part that gives you the ick about the whole situation is that the human trafficking involves a teenager? if the problematic video game underage sex bothers you more than the problematic video game sex slavery, that really says more about you than anything else tbh.

So how exactly does the perfect body gene work? Does it apply an invisible hediff to the partner or something that makes them not get a mood buff anymore from regular lovin' with other pawns?

A really good mod, but I have an issue. My colonist is in a relationship with two lovin' dependent xenotype colonists. They often suffer from lovin' withdrawals, but the initiate ability causes a breakup with the other one. Could you please make it not cause breakups when these pawns are already dating? Setting lovin' percept to free and approved wouldn't fit my current scenario. Thank you for reading the comment, and for everything you've done for the rimworld community.

Can you PLEASE remove Highmate children?? I just got baron rank and they sent my sanguophage a SIXTEEN YEAR OLD CHILD. They can occur outside of that event too... ick

I really like the variation added to Psychic Bond :steamthumbsup:
It's a bit weird that the Lovin need hediff will appear on Lowmate children even if it doesn't actually go into effect until 16, the vanilla drug needs hediffs are not shown on children that have them (these don't even seem to be hidden, they're not visible with dev mode either)
same goes for the Initiate Lovin button, consider hiding that somehow until the pawn is old enough.

Do you think more additional effects from psychic bond could be added ? Maybe some compatibility with VE traits or maybe an additional effect if neither person has any of the other traits so people with a lot of trait mods can get more use from the feature.

Psychic bond seems wonky when one Pawn has multiple higmates. For example Higmate 2 gets into coma. Normal pawns Psychic bond is disturbend but with the name of Higmate 1 wich still gets the boost of the bond she has with the normal pawn.

And Both Bond partmers get the boost as used to. but normal pawn diesnt get them stacked even tough he has 2 higmates.

Not sure though to wich degree the secound thing is just a bug or intendet

okay, I can't quite figure out, how does "lovin' dependency" work when combined with, say, Never Sleep? or a gene that makes them need only 10% normal sleep?

I'm trying to figure it out, but my tests are not giveing any sort of useful data

Harmless works the same way as unarmed children -- they are the lowest priority targets for raiders. If there are no higher priority targets, they will still be targeted.

I'm experiencing breakups of poly marriages when using the Initiate Lovin' ability. Lowmate uses Initiate Lovin on one of her three wives (who are all also married to each other except one of the possible pairs, who are lovers). They all share the same ideo, which permits unlimited spouses and lovers for either gender, and also has the precept Physical Love: Free. All of the relationships between either of the Lovin' participants and the other two immediately suffer Breakup. (Normal lovin' triggered autonomously from being in bed together has caused no problems).

I feel like i might be misunderstanding the Harmless gene. I created a new map with three pawns who have Harmless and Violence Disabled as genes, possessing no weapons, and not having been drafted for 3+ days. but when I then spawn a raid, the raiders still fire at them. Am I misunderstanding what the Harmless gene does?

In the meantime, if anyone is curious, manually installing the older version of 2.01 fixes the issue (May 1). The issue persists if you use the latest 2.02 stable one.

Man, that's a lot of comments about the issue. One thing I felt interesting about the crib situation is that I tried spawning in a new colonist at life stage baby and for some reason they were able to get put into cribs fine, while my colony-born babies still weren't. Certainly a weird disconnect.

This mod update later made it impossible for my individual alien humans to eat, but it will work after disabling it
