I'm testing it and it seems to be working. If you want send another comment with the contents of your configuration file, maybe the issue is there ?

Hey! I'll look into It. So, when you set the setting to 100 It doesnt work?

As in:

"g_WoundInfectionChance": 100,
"g_ZombieSalmonellaChance": 100

Hello. The setting "g_WoundInfectionChance", "g_ZombieSalmonellaChance" does not work. At 100% it doesn't work.
