"blood gold dust" would require modding in at least one entirely new material and deciding what its properties would be, such as which alchemical reactions it would have (for example, does it become molten gold or volcanic rock on contact with Lava?) It'd be doable but not simple.
However, this mod does seem to work with other mods like "Long Life Gold" which make gold last longer without lasting forever, and gives you more time to pick up blood money without a huge performance hit from Gold Is Forever. Or you could use "Therapeutic Gold" to make all gold dust heal you, tho that strikes me as overpowered.
And thanks for the mod, it's great and makes nice synergy with "Therapeutic Gold".
I would recommend you try out the remaster Copi's Things (its most of the important stuff like GUI at the moment, but there are plans to basically fully implement most, if not all of the features from Goki's Things)
