For people who are wondering how it looks in game/on your loadout: Check out the SFM version or even easier; loadout.tf! Under the workshop tab you can select The Debrief Case and view it on your favourite loadout for both teams!

@apolloTF2 we will be releasing it next week as an sfm mod, and I’m looking into tf2 mods for it as well!

Its a unlikely thing for valve to add. But if they do I think we can safely say this update will be the size of jungle inferno.
