Can we have an advisor voice but instead of saying something it just meows? e.c. when an enemy fleet attacks its an angry meow or a happy meow for succesfull firstcontact

Thank you Ronicraft and Brandormeur for alerting me to the trait issue. Maurine can now have biological traits and the mod has been updated to 3.8

When I use Maurine it says it doesn't meet the requirements to have "x" trait. You need to set him as "Biological" somewhere as a species type so the game can tell what trait options to give the player

For some reason, the game won't let me pick any traits at all when picking Maurine as the species appearance. Is that normal?
