Either something is bugged for me or there's something wrong with Ideology not getting things right because Xenophobe trait doesn't quite work properly and when i want my furries to hate other species they hate each other instead, same with cannibalism - eating humans is considered cannibalism but not eating other furries unless i apply eating xenos
