It's been well over a year now. Is there any chance to get an update for this mod?

@Tesvir Sorry! I got a bit sidetracked with the university year starting. It is in the works though.
If you want to play an early access version feel free to download the mod from the github link in the description, it has a few bugs though.

Not like I am trying to rush you, but when do you think we may expect the update?
Last time I tried to play I couldn't trigger the revolution no matter how many times I tried.

The historical path also makes Hungary a vassal again.

There are multiple ways to form AH currently in the mod. The historical way is with a decision that appears when hungary is annexed and has a lot of radicals.

The centralized AH of the base game is formed by making hungarian an accepted culture, which didn't really happen so no knowing if it would be benefical for the Habsburgs or not.

The formation of Austria-Hungary wasn't a good thing for the Habsburgs. Wouldn't it be better if you would try to incorporate them into the empire and when you then lose German leadership, you have to form Austria-Hungary or else you'd lose them entirely?

Could we get a different flag for the Danubian Federation? Seems odd to continue to use the AH flag when the Austrians and Hungarians are now on equal footing with the other ethnicities of the Empire

i just played normally until 1959 and integration never went above 0%
i even had universal suffrage and multiculturalism

When Austria wins the revolutionary war, and annexes Hungary. And I know, I'm Hungarian as well.

@Technophile Max thanks for the report regarding the dethronement, i will look into it. Under what conditions is Transylvania becoming independent? That is not indented behaviour. The Romanian uprisings are historically accurate however IRL Hungary managed to more or less suppress it relatively quickly.

@Spyeter Is is always broken or only in some cases? Also check the journal entry and add up how much it should increase by based on the conditions listed there.

Also, Transylvania frequently just becomes completely independent, having Romanian uprisings, and spawning a tiny little Romania in South Transylvania.

Habsburg Dethronement is bugged. When you press it, it removes Hungary from the diplo play, and all its war goals. Austria still has access to the diplo play, though, so you cannot demobilise, and war will still break out. And if you win the war, you remain a protectorate of Austria, since you couldn't press your independence war goal. If you wait until war breaks out, so you can keep your war goals, and THEN press the decision, the war just ends, you remain a protectorate, and your troops remain mobilised until you get into another war with Austria, and end it.

@Spyeter yes, representing Croatia-slavonia as a personal union of Hungary is in the plans, but it will require some time to do research and make events and journal entries for them. If you would like to help out, the github link is in the description.

Hey! is it allright, if I can include this into a multiplayer modpack? I've played a game with this as Austria and it is simply lovely what it does for the balance of the game overall.

if it is possible, maybe kingdom of Croatia-Slavonia could be in a personal union with either hungary or austria since historically it was in one with hungary
