You have to xml/html encode the "&" to "&amp;"

As a '&' would need to be '&amp;' ;)

RICO settings import process doesn't like the "&" in the name. I have updated the workshop to remove the global RICO. Subscribers can still add RICO locally.

you just nailed the opening of EVERY commercial from the window and door places in my county
