*** UPDATE - Had to remove the RICO. The RICO import process didn't like the "&" in the asset name. But you may add RICO locally. I tested that and the local method works. ***

Before Home Depot and Lowes home improvement stores rose to prominence, individual locally owned suppliers for your plumbing, electrical, lighting and hardware needs would be present in many main street corridors around the U.S. Today they are fewer and further between. Altobelli Windows & Doors is inspired by several stores in Brooklyn NYC. The building is the left corner version of the building I used for the Mosaic Supplies asset.

In-Game Information
L2 Commercial Low; 2x3 Tiles
13M wide - best used as left Corner
Place with MoveIt for W2W aesthetic
Rename the asset in-game if you would like to remove the Altobelli signage submesh to make the asset more generic

Asset has 2 Submeshes
Negligble sizes/tris. Altobelli sign has illumination. Both submeshes have LODs.

Background on Little Italy collection

This asset is part of my Little Italy collection. The collection focuses on independent Italian American businesses with appealing vintage signage that have endured for decades in places like NYC, Philly, Detroit, St Louis, SF, etc.. Expect to see pasta shops, cheese shops, cafes, bakeries, butchers and much more.

You have to xml/html encode the "&" to "&amp;"

RICO settings import process doesn't like the "&" in the name. I have updated the workshop to remove the global RICO. Subscribers can still add RICO locally.
