Any chance to make a submod or configuration option for disabling these for the player as well? I don't even want to see this stuff on my screen during a battle.

Just quit my Imrik High Elf campaign because of Chorf abilities RUINING my battles. Instantly deleting 3 of my units every battle. Thanks again!

Playing my first Immortal Empire playthrough as Cathay, you know, the really formation reliant faction. And man, the nukes from the Skaven were so frustrating but then the Dark Elves pull up with constant nukes that even a simple settlement battle with (decisive victory auto) resulted in me losing 75% of a unit because they were throwing nukes constantly. Just made me stack armies to get a good auto resolve and not even play. Completely annoying game design. At least when I did Realm of Chaos and fought Tamurkhan with Cathay I adapted and just focused all my firepower on him to disable his nuke, but Dark Elves can just use it even without a lord, totally busted.

I sieged Skavenblight on my third turn only to have half my army wiped out instantly by totally balanced skaven magic when I was to busy looking at my battering ram team and didn't notice the circle on my units behind them...... I alt+f4'd immediately and downloaded this XDXDXD.

love this mod. now i jst need something to disable tzeentch's BS changing the ways settlement swap every 6 turns or something, so i can stop hating my life on any campaign starting at the south of the map lol.

Hey, could you consider a mod nerfing all abilities/skills that give Mortis Engine damage effects? I think that's arguably just as annoying as insta kill nukes. I mean, what are you supposed to do against Tamurkhan, if you play a race without much ranged units?

@Lampros I was thinking just delete the entire row instead of just the one column so there's no potential conflict if you use any other mod that changes the same ability. The column that defines AI usage is named exactly that: "AI Usage".

P.S. What column(s) did you change to disable AI usage? Based on my limited modding experience, I cannot figure it out and thought it'd be useful to know to do my own mods! ;)

@Lampros this is not script-based. Also, it's easy to customize the mod to fit your preference. Just edit it with RPFM and remove the line of whatever ability you wish to exclude.

Also, could you consider a version that excludes the summons? Summons on top of you still do have a counter-play and makes you fight intelligently - contrary to unit(s)-wiping insta nukes.

genuinly idk why CA cant just implement a min range away from enemy units mechanic, having units u can spawn on top of enemy arty is so fucking idiotic even in player/my own hands it feels cheap and shitty.

I love you for this. I really do. Especially after getting told to "build my army around it" or "git gud" online.
I also love player who tell me its unfair to use a mod when I am playing a SINGLE PLAYER GAME against the AI.

@Deygotwinsnow For Tamurkhan's army ability it's called "Pandemicium", absolutely bonkers impossible to dodge and does as much damage as a Skaven nuke...

To be fair you can normally abuse the AI and bait the abilities on useless units, but. The problem I have with them is that they never seem to use their abilities on the AI, it's purely a "smoke player at all costs" effect, which is fine for 90% of these being renewable but, stuff like Doomrockets and curses shouldn't all be stockpiled to kill exclusively the player

As others have requested, if you could do a version that's just menace from below that'd be neat. I don't mind the nukes etc from Ikit, but having skaven AI spam the most stupid summons possible (why, there is allied grudge throwers, but it summons in between three unengaged saurus warriors?) every goddamn battle because it doesn't have to balance food and thus takes 9 uses every battle.

It goes without saying that the mod would probably not work if you have any other mod that modifies the same abilities in any shape or form. Check if you have any mod that modifies wh2_dlc12_army_abilities_warpstorm_doomrocket or wh2_dlc12_army_abilities_warpstorm_doomrocket_upgraded under unit_special_abilities_tables

I'll also update the mod so it's slightly higher on the load order and hopefully could load before whatever mod you have that's causing the conflict, but I can't tell how this would affect the other mod. I suggest that you use the pack file manager and identify the conflicting mod. Once you do that we can take a look at how to make it work/
