Button not showing up is not an issue with the mod, please do standard troubleshooting like clearing cache
I made it so Imperial Subject should always work and removed the other one, which worked on my tests. Could you join the Discord and give a screenshot perhaps?

Can you create a mod or ask the game creators during an update if it's possible to add a button to open or close theaters of operation? It's located on the right side of the screen, because with many theaters and divisions, it takes up the entire right side of the screen. Thanks.

we used to have a community made one, but it's vanished from steam. And sky mods is so riddled I couldn't bring myself to reccomend people go there to get it.
so I was going to cook one of our own,
naturally I'd leave your mod as a prerequisite for the patch :)
