Toolpack without the Errors

Description
The most improved and up-to-date continuation of Toolpack
Perfect for debugging, fixing peacedeals or just cheating.

The opening button is above the map options at the bottom-right (or use control+T). After enabling a menu click a state on the default map mode to use it. For further instructions see the page of the original Toolpack in the credits.

Millenium Dawn support patch here

New Road to 56 support patch here, unlike with Millenium Dawn its not strictly required, but it reduces errors and adds extra options

Submod to add equipment like guns, tanks, planes and missiles here

For overhauls that are not vanilla-like, try find a modder that plays the mod that would like to make a compatibility patch, only for mods that do not change ideologies, equipment and resources you can contact me to add compatibility.

Improvements over original
    New game elements added into pre-existing features
  • Added fuel silos and railways to building spawning.
  • Added personal union, collaboration governments and supervised government to the puppeting options.
  • Added transferring resource control and compliance/resistance editing to the state manager.
  • Added breakthrough point addition to the politics menu research tab.
  • Added character transfer option to annexing menu.
  • Annexation is no longer required to transfer armies with the annexing menu.
    New features
  • Multiplayer compatibility: Decisions to determine who gets to use the tools, and changed script so they don't show while someone else is using them.
  • Host action log [for multiplayer].
  • New menu to toggle country rules such as the ability to send volunteers and create factions and a button to unlock basegame locked templates and army restrictions. Due to technical limitations this doesn't extend to new modded ones.
  • Reworked ship spawning and its menu, no longer spawning ships in preset regions, but directly into one's stockpile, now with selectable design year. Uses presets for use both with and without Man the Guns.
  • Buttons in the state manager to upgrade/downgrade urbanization level of states. (impacts building slots, know as state category in the code)
  • Button in the state manager to debug nuke, since debug_nuking console command was broken in Götterdammerung, this cannot target specific provinces due to hardcoded restrictions.
  • Country releasing tool (see images).
  • Political power and command power have buttons to add/remove this currency, they have a very simple console command, but that can't be used in multiplayer naturally.
  • Unit spawner expanded with actually usable tank compositions and mechanized units.
  • Toggle button in state transfer tool for auto-clearing selected states.
  • Tool to change country cosmetic tag.
  • Native support for Magna Europa and GWR.
  • Chinese, Japanese and French localization (see credits).
    Bugfixes related to being out of date
  • Ported infrastructure reskin.
  • Fixed enabling/disabling elections not working.
  • Fixed setting capital not working.
  • Fixed ship deletion and spawning (types may not match entirely due to MtG changes).
    Bugfixes (not related to being outdated)
  • Reduced error log to improve debugging suitability.
  • Cleaned up some overcomplicated code, shrinking the mod by 25%.
  • Manpower/population menus should have variable overflow issues less often and fixed some instances of adding/removing incorrect amounts.
  • On resolutions other than 1080p, the toolpack menu no longer opens in another spot than the opening button.
  • You can now add military access in both directions.

Planned/Considered Features
  • Country switching tool? [would need to be tested for stability in multiplayer]
  • Advanced menu, that allows you to manually enable multiplayer mode?

@donald.grape I did adjust that system, there used to be two versions, one for when Imperial Subject is available and one for when it isn't.

I made it so Imperial Subject should always work and removed the other one, which worked on my tests. Could you join the Discord and give a screenshot perhaps?

In the past it was possible for fascist Japan to puppet countries using its special system, but since a week or so, it's impossible! Only the collaboration government button exists, the rest is gone.

с помощью этого мода можно создавать дивизи ну тоиск просто брать и спавнить их, если нет то какие моды могут просто брать и спавнить дивизии?
