Excellent, this is exactly what I'm looking for. Just a small problem: the pops of mono gendered populations are still displaying portraits of both genders, even though they did have mono gendered leader portraits.

Well I just found out that that the city appearance and ship appearance are tied in the code- I cannot remove the ship appearances without also removing the city appearances.

I finally decided to attempt fixing some minor issues, I fix the ship names, however I cannot seem to find a way to remove the useless ship appearances, so I might take a bit to actually release the update

Some of the associated namelists don't have anything for fleet names, instead it just says %SEQ or something like that. Not really a big problem, it seems to otherwise work fine.

The mod also adds British and American ship appearances but they're identical to the vanilla ships, so I don't know what they're for?

no, they work perfectly. so far it hasn't lagged out or forced to shut off.

Oh, the problem is that you have the old Ofaloaf mods enabled, the megapack is the only mod you need enabled.

I do not seem to have the same problem on my end; Are you on the latest version? If yes, what portrait mods do you have enabled?

I'll check it out now on my end, see if the same thing happens, they may of once again changed how the hair styles and attachments worked, which is actually how the original mod broke

everytime I look at rulers, admirals, generals,and scientists after looking at a different person with a different hairstyle of either male or female distinction. it is quite frequent

I think there is a problem with the hair for males and females, I use this in conjunction with the others but I find that the German hair styles and attachments (picklehaube) show up on french or british leaders or they show up as bold.
I thought I should let you know
