Y'know those Victorian (ish) portraits Ofaloaf made a bit back that recently broke? I fixed them

I did not create this mod, I simply fixed it.
The original creator is Ofaloaf ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/ofaloaf )

If you think a namelist should add more shipnames, recommend what names, and I may add them!

I fixed the German American British French and Russian portraits. Enjoy.

Excellent, this is exactly what I'm looking for. Just a small problem: the pops of mono gendered populations are still displaying portraits of both genders, even though they did have mono gendered leader portraits.

The portraits don't appear on the selection anymore.
