Select MODS from the game menu, then click the MOD SETTINGS button at the bottom, then select the mod you want to customize.

Have you started the game with option "Play Phoenix Point with Mods"?
Is this mod enabled in the MODS menu in the game?
Have you restarted the game after enabling the mod in the MODS menu?

It dont works for me and i have no other Mods
