@Farbott the mod should only touch vanilla human code, you might have a conflicting mod or something but it works on my end. try verifying game files or reinstalling this mod

When removing headsight, this issue doesn't happen. Any ideas?

If you load NT above this mod won't work
If you load this mod above NT, NT isn't gonna work properly
1. Drag a dead human's Head (IsSevered)
2. Climb the ladder
3. Flip your body
I found a solution to avoid this crash happening
set CanBeSevered of "Joint 0 - 1" [ Torse - Head ] to False
