If you want my advice on what to do with this, take the concept all the way back to the character its on and consider what the pyro would find to be a "Cute shark", which in reality would be some white-tipped reef shark he speared and then taped to his back with duct tape and superglue. Of course, we already have a giant fish on the back of Pyro cosmetic to fill that role.
Otherwise, this will be a no from me. However, your modeling skill is apparent, and I would highly suggest you use those obvious talents towards making more appropriate items for the game.
I wouldn't mind at all, however, if you uploaded this to Mods.tf or GameBanana to replace the already-existing fish cosmetic.
