Report a translation problem
The mod contains a craftable bionic jaw, but vanilla RImworld also has a bionic jaw, so that's why. (Or Biotech? Haven't played in a while so I kinda forget)
I tested everything again just in case. But yeah, there is only the artificial nose.
Tested on dev mode a little bit and did try all implants to see if any errors pop up.
Thankfully nothing unusual happened, the effects of the parts work fine as well.

Answer to Fortune: Unfortunately I don't know enough coding to try and add such prosthetic, I just updated some txt's files in order for the mod to be compatible in 1.4.
I was kinda interesting in making mods but after seeing the whole process I lost all hope.
Too much to learn...
Maybe it can scar and become progressively weaker? Or maybe the wiki is just wrong :/
