I use newest version together with the mod Basileia Romaion mod (alternative great conversion mod). Sadly this doesnt work anymore as a fix

This mod shouldn't be needed any more, as of version 1.1. I'll just it leave it here for anyone still playing on earlier versions.

Ironman is only disabled if the console is enabled. Some mods do that, I don't know if this one does.

How come this mod is so little used? The Perpetual Civil Wars bug is one of Vic3's most annoying bugs. And this mod does a great job with it! Thanks for the great job, @Wulfy
