people don't realise tf2 has a setting, and that setting is not 2022. this item is far too modern and doesn't fit the artstyle at all.

All in all I think this is pretty harmless and still looks good as a cosmetic, so why not. There's so many meme cosmetics that are just outlandish and practically unusable as long as the meme in question isn't relevant that I think something like this is fine
