Either i'm doing something wrong or it's still taking like a minute to reload even the vanilla railgun. Does this work with WeaponCore, ToolCore, and Animation Engine loaded?

Yeah, I would appreciate making 5 sec reload version too. Or the the reload speed the same as the full reload sound.

Kinda reminded me of rapid-fire railgun of Amun-Ra class frigate shown in Expanse series.

Damn fantastic but its kinda too OP(although I suspect it was your intention :D)
How about making a rather 'moderate' version with about 10~15 sec reload?
