-Replaced effect "Muzzle_Flash_LargeRailgun" by "Muzzle_Flash_LargeCalibre" for large railgun and small railgun.
-Added Preshoot delay 500ms with "WepShipRailgunNoAmmo" sound for fake charging weapon.

Either i'm doing something wrong or it's still taking like a minute to reload even the vanilla railgun. Does this work with WeaponCore, ToolCore, and Animation Engine loaded?

Yeah, I would appreciate making 5 sec reload version too. Or the the reload speed the same as the full reload sound.
