Got a question: if I have Oskar Potocki's Vanilla Persona Weapons Expanded, can I customize the persona weapons I craft from this mod in the same way the guaranteed one I get from Baron/ness rank can be?
Amazing mod thank you so much for making it, would it be possible to add a patch for this star wars lightsaber mod? https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3466124712&searchtext=star+wars+lightsaber

@StatistNo1 Could you adjust the stats of the weapons to reflect the 1.6 weapon buffs.

Example: VFE Charge sniper is now stronger than the persona version
StatistNo1  [author] 29 Jul @ 10:07am
The Vanilla Expanded Laser mod shouldn't throw any errors anymore.

@VannA Didn't know they made the weapons into their own mod. I will add them in a few days or so probably.
VannA 26 Jul @ 3:30am
Any chance of updating to support VQE - Cryptoforge instead of Vikings (Or both, I guess. :D)
Tagaris 24 Jul @ 9:54am
Getting the same error as QeoJin.

Thanks for updating to 1.6, though!
Torkkar 22 Jul @ 9:19am
so can you add the mod Vanilla Races Expanded - Archon ? it adds a really cool Sword that I like the look of.

Also does this allow me to pick and chose what bonded traits I'd like on the weapon?
xicecatx 13 Jul @ 7:01pm
I play with about 150 mods. 149 work perfectly with 1.6- when this launches I get loads of errors
QeoJin 12 Jul @ 10:50am
Getting this error in startup:

Error in static constructor of PersonaBondForge.Initializer: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'PersonaBondForge.Initializer' threw an exception. ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
StatistNo1  [author] 3 Jul @ 3:25pm
Updated to 1.6. If you experience any bugs, let me know. I will check out the CE stuff later, some day, probably.
StatistNo1  [author] 25 Jun @ 1:49am
I will update this mod to 1.6 in the next 2 weeks or so.
I might also look into the CE thing.
frommoses 16 Mar @ 12:02pm
does the bonding give a random persona with the same weapon stats? when infusing in vanilla weapon settings
DarkNova 8 Feb @ 5:43pm
I once read a comment from you in which you wrote that the mod copies the stats of the weapons after they have been modified by CE, but this only seems to work with vanilla weapons, but with modded weapons the mod probably has problems because it does not copy the CE values because with modded weapons in the info window for melee damage and melee armor penetration it says quote: not Patchet for CE.
The same happens with ranged weapons that the CE stats are not copied which you can see e.g. with the ammunition and other values that there are wrong things in it
Since I play in German and also use a German patch for some mods, it may be that some things are in German in the screenshot

Any chance for a patch with CE weapons?
07239 16 Nov, 2024 @ 12:16am
Thank you for the update
Jixxor 27 Sep, 2024 @ 6:07pm
Okay so it does work as in you can select Ranged Persona Weapons when becoming a Baron. However, you cannot customise it as you can with persona swords sadly. So random trait is what you get.
Still, rather a random trait than a melee weapon for a shooter!
Jixxor 27 Sep, 2024 @ 5:27pm
What an amazing mod idea. Does this also change the selection you get when becoming a Baron with the Empire and they award you a persona weapon? My royal pawn this playthrough has 0 melee and shooting 15 soo yeah I am not looking forward to that persona weapon honestly

Can Revia weapons?
Chaplain Roach 8 Jul, 2024 @ 7:59pm
@NuanKi You can just do a work around in the meantime, there is a mod that allows those non-linkable weapons to be crafted, get the rimmsqol mod and rewrite all the recipes in game with it. It's really easy and works pretty well

creative inspiration cant affect quality?
Torkkar 6 May, 2024 @ 3:51am
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2826922787&searchtext=persona+bonding+forge so this mod is it compatible? I checked the mega patch mod but its still in 1.4 so the answers is it supported there is no.
krzarb 5 May, 2024 @ 4:27pm
Quick question, what determines the quality of the persona weapons that this forge produces?
Spirehawk 4 May, 2024 @ 4:53am
StatistNo1

Yeah i know mate, ive been happily using it for quite a while but neither the patch nor the charge weapons mods have been updated to 1.5, the weapons have been given continued versions but they dont seem to work with the patch anymore, i suppose i could try to keep using the 1.4 weapons and patch and hope it all works alright but i havent tested if thats still working.

thats why i asked, exceptionally politely imo if you feelt like including them nobody said you have to, chill with the "try reading first" talk man :p
StatistNo1  [author] 30 Apr, 2024 @ 11:59pm
Kyrox,

thanks for confirming.
I have pushed an update that tells the mod manager to load Persona Bond Forge before Projectile Bullet Origin.
Kyrox 30 Apr, 2024 @ 11:57pm
Alright, I've cleaned up the conversation below to be courteous and keep this short and sweet. Projectile Bullet Origin needs to be loaded after Persona Bond Forge. If PBO is above PBF, you're going to have a very bad day.
StatistNo1  [author] 30 Apr, 2024 @ 11:30pm
Kyrox,

what about any of the other points I mentioned?
StatistNo1  [author] 30 Apr, 2024 @ 12:14pm
Hi Kyrox,

the persona charge lance and persona charge rifle both work fine.
I do make my own bullet and there is no way around it.
But it doesn't seem to be an issue with the lance and rifle. I also tried some weapons from the Vanilla Expanded Lasers mod.
Which weapon are you having issues with?
Try to load Bullet Projectile Origin after Persona Bond Forge and let me know if this fixes the error.
A hugslib log would be great as well if changing the mod order doesn't work.
StatistNo1  [author] 23 Apr, 2024 @ 4:57pm
Hy Spirehawk.

Vali's charged arsenal + eltex version is included in the Mighty Persona Bond Forge Patch Mod by Daria40k which I clearly pointed out in the description to try before asking me to patch something.
Spirehawk 23 Apr, 2024 @ 12:21pm
do you take begging requests for other mods support?
id love to see persona weapons for the Vali's charged arsenal continued mods, regular too but even more for the eltex series :D

Hi Dr. Nolegs,

"Yet again proving your one of the best mod-makers out here" <3
"maybe include the Revia having a patch in the description of this mod when you get the opportunity" Already done so. :^)

@StatistNo1 ""I love the Revia mod. It's one of those mods I add to every playthrough.
Thanks for making the patch."

Yet again proving your one of the best mod-makers out here, maybe include the Revia having a patch in the description of this mod when you get the opportunity.

Enjoy your time going forward!

Hi Dr. Nolegs,

sick, I love the Revia mod. It's one of those mods I add to every playthrough.
Thanks for making the patch.
StatistNo1  [author] 22 Apr, 2024 @ 12:54pm
Hi Higarian,

vanilla legendary charge-lance is at 45 damage, which works out with the legendary persona-charge-lance at 54.

One of your mods changes the value of the charge-lance. You gonna have to ask them for a patch if you want the persona-charge-lance and other weapons to be rebalanced.
If they have an automatic system to change the value, you can try to put Persona Bond Forge after that mod. But I think a patch by them would be required.
Dr. Nolegs 22 Apr, 2024 @ 12:37pm
@StatistNo1 the Revia race - Biotech
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2893157989

Now has an integrated patch to this mod!

Thank you for supporting this mod yourself, It's always been of great enjoyment to play with.

If you want more details i am happy to provide
Higarian 22 Apr, 2024 @ 12:19pm
yep, both where legendary. I was comparing the before/after persona charge lance.

The description still shows legendary, but values are from common quality
StatistNo1  [author] 22 Apr, 2024 @ 10:32am
Hi Higarian,

did you compare both weapons at the same quality?
The higher the quality of the weapon, the higher the damage.
Looks like you compared a normal quality persona-charge-lance with a legendary quality charge-lance.
Higarian 22 Apr, 2024 @ 5:28am
hello, i tryed to craft a persona charge lance. I noticed that the persona charge lance base damage is 36. The normal one is 45. Other statistics are lower too in general.

The persona charge lance is way weaker tham the normal charge lance. This is by design?
Blackouto000 20 Apr, 2024 @ 3:47pm
HELL YEAH, TIME TO FORGE SOME PALS
StatistNo1  [author] 20 Apr, 2024 @ 3:24pm
Hi Phoenix Nebula,

I haven't tested with CE.
Did you load Persona Bond Forge after CE or before?
It should copy the weapons after CE has modified them, but not sure.
StatistNo1  [author] 20 Apr, 2024 @ 3:23pm
Mod has been updated to 1.5
TorMechia 16 Apr, 2024 @ 5:20pm
Glad to hear :)
StatistNo1  [author] 15 Apr, 2024 @ 10:58am
I will make it 1.5 ready over the weekend.
Stray 14 Apr, 2024 @ 10:39pm
Not to be one of those guys but 1.5, or?
Phoenix Nebula 24 Jan, 2024 @ 2:18pm
So I figured out why this doesn't work with CE because this mod basically creates a duplicate of that weapon based on the original files for that weapon. There are two solutions I can see for this, either make a patch that has the mod check for if a weapon has been modified by CE and use those stats as the base or turn the persona bond into a weapon modifier that acts as a stat offset for the weapon. I'm not sure exactly how possible either of those options are, or if some sort of custom weapon framework is needed.
