at 1917 it became the regular color of uniforms

The grey uniforms was only used in 1915, but really was only for specific fronts and units, it only became the armies main color in 1916

I would If I could, I don't know how to port the models from there to source and plus those models are too high poly to be npc's and it'd just cause a lot of lag.

you should get the Isonzo models for them, then the italian models

The models are originally the CoD: WaW Honor Guard soldiers but were coverted to Austro-Hungarians.
I didn't make the models, I just retextured the original addon and gave npc lua coding
