Is it possible to turn off explosion friendly fire? I haven't used this mod yet, so I haven't checked.

I have play-tested the mod with the vanilla game. It is not designed and realistically cannot be made to work with every other mod. Please keep this in mind before reporting issues, and make sure to test the mod with the vanilla game first.

Can confim it doens't work, did a test with Divine Order's grenade throwers and it would still burnt their own troops

I'm not running CE, but I still get my pawns shooting out each other's brains somehow... Not quite sure what's going on, I imagine something in my mod list. Any ideas what might cause brains to be removed rather consistently?

Currently this mod doesn't work with CE which is a shame because the only reason I have CE off is because of all the incessant friendly firing.

Hey, thank you for the time you've put in that mod! But I'm encountering a bug where my Diabolus still damages everyone even with all the settings on and the game restarted

Thank you for this! Friendly Fire option not counting when a pawn misses is not how such a setting should work.

(if i didn't explain it well colonists can shoot and injure other colonists when shooting misc training dummies, and the diabolus hellsphere cannon still does friendly fire even if explosive friendly fire is disabled). Also this is pretty niche but I noticed the energizing orbs psycast from the Makai Psycasts mod's shrapnel projectiles still do friendly fire

Friendly fire still works when colonists are training on dummies from misc training, and even if explosive friendly fire is disabled friendly diabolus' hellsphere cannon still does friendly fire

FYI any of the one time use weapons (doomsday launcher, rocket launcher) will still incur friendly fire damage

I tested it out when I updated it for 1.5, everything worked fine, you're having some conflicts with other mods probably. If you want to make sure that my mod is working, disable other mods and test it out. Also, check out the mod settings, maybe you have disabled some options.

This mod enables turning friendly fire off for buildings, but the mod is broken. Would it be possible to add that function for buildings? I have turrets and sandbags which my other turrets are shooting over and sometimes damaging and it's really annoying.

@Guccio The mod only depends on Harmony (and it has modDependencies in About.xml). So I think RimPy should handle it just fine.

@1I_apaJ I've never used that mod, probably some compatibility issues. Try changing the load order (on a new save just to be sure you won't damage your current). I suppose that mod prevents my mod from working (and vice versa).

for some reason when i have pawns training with the practice dummy from the mod "Misc. Training" the mod doesn't check for the bullets for potential friendly fire. im writing this this, because for some fucking reason my mechanoid have the great idea to walk in font of my lvl 20 pawn shooting with his charge lance and got insta killed.

Short answer: not much, I haven't noticed any performance drops.

Long answer: it's a very subjective thing, that depends on your pc config and on how many bullets actually hit their targets (the mod handles every hit). If you want to save a couple of ticks I'd recommend disabling the damage indicator.
