I think you can go very far with my suggested idea and make an easy way to players to act as merchant somehow, and so on the NPCs can buy the stuffs interacting with the vending machines, just like they do on vanilla putting trash in trash cans at Outpost.
I have ideas, but i don't know how to code myself the mods, I just don't understand codding.

You can make a way that placing this on ground and make NPCs to interact with that, and you configure a price and put a stuff to them to buy like an example (Agging Alchools mod, or stuffs from vanilla like juices, coffees, that you wanna sell) and after sometime you go check and there are pixels from the NPCs.

So maybe my insane idea can work, eh?
